The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.832/2015 registered under Sections 363/366/376 IPC at PS Patel Nagar. Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. The petitioner is in custody since 09.10.2015. The prosecutrix is present along with her parents and has no objection to the grant of bail. She informed that the marriage had taken place with the petitioner. In her 164 Cr.P.C. statement also the prosecutrix had disclosed that she had married the petitioner and physical relations were with her consent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.
