This is a petition filed under Section 29A (4) & (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator by a period of four months to make and publish the award. 5.

The mandate of the learned Arbitrator expired on 28.10.2024. It is jointly submitted by the learned counsel for the parties that the matter is at the final stage and in a period of four months the award is likely to be published.
