% 04.04.2016 Both these appeals are directed against a common judgment and order of the learned Single Judge, rendered on 25.01.2016 in W.P.(C) 2204/2014 and connected cases (Mohit Panwar v. AAI). The appeals against that judgment were finalised by this Court by its judgment dated 31.03.2016 (in LPA 168/2016 and connected cases). Consequently, these appeals too have to fail, following the previous decision in LPA 168/2016.

The present appeals are accordingly dismissed along with the pending applications.
