This is a petition filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal by a period of six (6) months w.e.f. 12.11.2024. 2.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the arguments of both the parties stands concluded and the judgment has been reserved on 07.11.2024.

Issue notice. Mr. Sanjay Singh, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Respondent. He states that he has no objection to the reliefs sought in the present petition.
