There seem to be certain objections with respect to factual averments qua completion of pleadings by the respondent. 2.
Learned counsel for the respondent however has no objection if the mandate of the Arbitrator is extended.

Taking into consideration various facts as has been enumerated in the application and with the consent of the parties, the Court deems it appropriate to extend the mandate of the Arbitrator for a period of fifteen
(15) months from the date of its expiry.

Ordered accordingly.
