The present petition filed under Section 29A (4) of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeks extension of time for completion of arbitral proceedings and making of the arbitral award. 4.

The learned Sole Arbitrator was appointed by this Court vide order dated 10.11.2022 in O.M.P.(I) (COMM.) 310/2022. 5.

Respective counsel for the parties submit that final arguments before the learned sole Arbitrator stands concluded and only the awardremains to be pronounced.
