This is a writ petition seeking directions to respondent Nos. 1 to 5 to provide protection for life and liberty from the respondent Nos. 6 to 9. 2.

It is stated that the dispute between the petitioners and the respondent Nos. 6 to 9 arose on account of matrimonial disputes between the two families. The petitioners have registered an F.I.R No. 647/2022 under Section 448/427/34 IPC registered at PS- Mundka. 3.

Mr. Sinha, learned ASC who appears on advance notice sates that it is the duty of respondent Nos. 1 to 5 to ensure security and safety of the citizens of this country and they are committed to the same. 4.

In addition, it is also stated by the learned ASC that the respondent No. 4, i.e. SHO-PS Mundka, shall provide his mobile number and the mobile number of the Beat Officer of the area where the petitioner resides, to the petitioners as well as Mr. Anil Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner and any call made by the petitioners or their counsel will duly be addressed and looked into.
