The present application under Section 482 read with Section 520 of the BNSS seeks the following prayers:- "It is, therefore, prayed that the petitioner be granted of anticipatory bail U/S 482 B.N.S.S. in case F.I.R. No.356/2024, U/S/ 61(1)/3(5)/95/ BNS & 25/Arms Act, P.S. Shakarpur, at the event of arrest and it is further be pleased to directed the SHO/IO to release the petitioner, in the interest of justice.

Any other order or order which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper may also be passed in favour of applicant /petitioner." 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application.
