From a reading of the writ petition, it is evident that the Petitioners have already approached this Court in W.P.(C) 9574/2024, wherein there are interim orders operating in favour of the Petitioners against any coercive steps. This writ petition has been filed for limited relief of seeking salary. 2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners, on instructions, seeks to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to take recourse to filing an appropriate application in the pending writ petition.

Writ petition is disposed of granting liberty as prayed for. Pending application also stands disposed of.
