As the impugned order of assessment is appealable under Section 115 of the New Delhi Municipal Council Act, 1994, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file an appeal. He states that the appeal will be filed within a period of two weeks from today.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of on this basis, leaving all rights and considerations of parties available for consideration open in the appeal.
