The Petitioner has filed a complaint dated 6th May, 2024 under Section 206(4) of the Companies Act, 2013 before Respondent No. 1. The grievance of the Petitioner is that substantial time has lapsed, however no decision has been rendered on the said complaint. 2.

Ms. Shiva Lakshmi, CGSC for Respondent No. 1, states that the complaint has been received and is presently being examined by the Registrar of Companies.

In view of the foregoing, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to Respondent No. 1 to take a decision on the Petitioner's complaint dated 6th May, 2024 in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within three months from today.
