By way of present petition, the petitioners seek directions to the respondent for their premature release under the Policy dated 16.07.2004 issued by the Lt. Governor of NCT of Delhi.

Notice is accepted by learned ASC (Crl.) for the State. 4.
At the outset, Mr. Bhandari, learned ASC (Crl.) for the State has referred to the order dated 01.10.2024 passed by the Supreme Court in SLP (Crl.) Diary No.4464/2024 (Item No.56.10) (page 140) and SLP (Crl.) 3496/2024 (Item No.56.18), whereby the petitioners were directed to surrender and the interim relief stood vacated, respectively. However, the petitioners have not surrendered till date. He states that the petitioners are in violation of the aforesaid orders. Lastly, he states that the petitioners' case has been considered in accordance with the Policy dated 16.07.2004 issued by the Lt.
