The Petitioner had earlier filed W.P.(C) No. 7129/2024, seeking directions to the Respondents to decide her application under Section 5(1)(f) of the Citizenship Act, 1955 which was filed on 22nd October, 2024. 2.
The said petition was entertained and disposed of vide order dated 17th June, 2024, with a direction to decide the Petitioner's application as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of the order.

In light of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to take recourse to appropriate remedies for implementing the order. Further, in case of non-compliance of the said directions of this Court, the remedy of contempt is always available with the Petitioner. All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved. 5.
