Admittedly, neither the petitioners nor respondent no. 6 and 7 are situated within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. The petition filed before this Court is premised only on the assertion that some of the respondent's Head Offices are situated within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court, therefore, this Court has jurisdiction. 2.
