% 30.07.2018 CA No. 844/2018 This application is filed under Section 481 of the Companies Act, 1956 seeking dissolution of the respondent Company and discharge of the OL from further proceedings.
As per the application there are no worthwhile assets available of the Company. Hence, the claims have not been invited. The citation for final winding up of the respondent Company has been published in the newspapers 'The Statesman' (English) and Veer Arjun (Hindi). There is only a surplus of Rs. 1,13,162.27/- as on 17.07.2018 with the OL. The OL is permitted to transfer the aforesaid fund to the Common Pool Fund on account of the expenses incurred by the OL. The application is allowed.
CO.PET. 290/2010 The respondent Company is dissolved under Section 481 of the
Companies Act and the OL stands discharged.
There are certain records and some old movable items are lying in the office of the counsel for the petitioner/director. The counsel for the petitioner/directors are allowed to retain the same. JAYANT NATH, J JULY 30, 2018 rb
