The petitioner seeks police protection.

It is the case of the petitioners that Respondent No. 4 has been threatening the petitioners.

The pleadings indicate that Petitioner No. 1 and Respondent No. 4 were co-habiting together in live-in relationship since the year 2019.

Petitioner No. 1 appears to have married Petitioner No. 2 sometime in March, 2024.

An FIR was also registered at the instance of Respondent No. 4 alleging rape on the false pretext of marriage. 6.
The present petition does not appear to be bona fide. Respondent No. 4 is the complainant and the FIR was registered against Petitioner No. 1.
