% 07.12.2016 Mr. Amrash Kuamr Jha, the Authorized Officer of the respondent company states that they have agreed to settle the amount outstanding qua the petitioner in the present petition and pay Rs.23,76,256/-, including Rs.2,20,000/- as legal fee as full and final settlement of the underlying dispute. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that they have accepted the offer made on behalf of the respondent company and have received the following 48 post-dated cheques for the amounts mentioned therein towards settlement of their claims vis-a-vis the respondent company:- S.No.

the appropriate time, and with liberty to revive the same in the event any of the above post-dated cheques are dishonoured upon presentation. Mr. Amrash Kumar Jha, the Authorized Officer of the respondent company undertakes that the aforementioned cheques shall be honoured on presentation. The undertaking is accepted and shall also bind the respondent company.
