O R D E R
% 29.04.2015 Petitioner seeks parole for meeting his newly born child and taking post delivery care of his wife. It is submitted that petitioner has been blessed with a child only on 11th February, 2015. The child was born in the month of February, 2015; whereas furlough was granted prior thereto. Petitioner is entitled to meet his child and look after his wife for a while. On several earlier occasions, petitioner has been released on furlough and has not misused this concession. His jail conduct is satisfactory. Accordingly, petitioner is ordered to be released on parole for a period of one month from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a
personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Jail Superintendent. On completion of parole period, petitioner shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail. Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Copy of the order be sent to the Jail Superintendent for serving it upon the petitioner and for compliance.
