The present Civil Revision Petition under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (hereinafter referred to as "CPC, 1908") has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner against the Order 30.07.2024 vide which the Application under Order VI Rule 17 read with Section 151 of CPC, 1908 seeking for amendment of the Written Statement, Application under Order XI Rule 14, Order VII Rule 14 and Order VII Rule 11 read with Sections 151 of CPC, 1908 have been dismissed.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition.

In view of the submission made, the present Petition along with pending Application is dismissed as withdrawn.
