There have been certain developments between the parties qua the payment etc.

It appears that on 27.10.2025, a meeting had taken place between the parties and the issues were deliberated.

Under these circumstances, there seems to be a possibility of the issues being taken to its logical end by way of amicable resolution. 4.
Accordingly, all these petitions stand disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application in case, occasion so arises. 5.
The parties shall be at liberty to rely on the pleadings which have been made in the instant petitions.
