This is a petition under Sections 29-A (4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('Act of 1996') seeking extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal by a period of one (1) year w.e.f. 11.10.2024 for completion of arbitral proceedings and making the arbitral award. 4.

Issue notice.

Ms. Aakansha Kaul, Advocate enters appearance on behalf of the Respondent. Ms. Kaul was directed to appear in Court in view of the fact that she is representing the Respondent in the arbitral proceedings. She states that she has no instructions in the matter. 6.
