The Petitioner has filed a reference application under Section 18(1) under the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006, before the Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council District (South) Delhi/ Respondent No. 1. The said application is pending since 6th July, 2024. Since there has been no action on the said request, the Petitioner has invoked the jurisdiction of this Court seeking a direction to Respondent No. 1 to take a decision on the Petitioner's application in a time bound manner. 2.
Counsel for Respondent No. 1, at the outset, states that the application has been transferred to the New Delhi District of Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council.

Considering the above, at the oral request of counsel for Respondent No. 3, the New Delhi District of Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council is impleaded as Respondent No. 3. Let amended memo of parties be filed within a period of one week from today. 4.
Having regard to the aforenoted facts, the petition is disposed of with a direction to Respondent Nos. 1 and 3 to take a decision on the Petitioner's application bearing no. UDYAM-DL-08-0009865/M/00001 dated 6th July, 2024 expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from today. 5.
