The present application has been moved on behalf of the applicant/petitioner for an early hearing as well as for disposal of the present petition in view of the Affidavit dated 17.02.2025 filed on behalf of the respondents.

Learned counsel for the respondents is present on advance notice.

Having heard the learned counsels for the parties and on a perusal of the record, it appears that the parties are in agreement that the petitioner is entitled to arrears of salary for the period from 18.08.2011 to 03.09.2013, out of the funds which already stand deposited by the respondents in another writ proceeding bearing W.P.(C) No. 8058/2011 that already stands disposed of. 4.

Rs. 11,00,000/- which is lying deposited in the said account. 5.
In view of the above, the present petition is preponed for hearing. The application is allowed and the present petition is disposed of.

It is directed that the sum of Rs.8,55,640/-, which is lying deposited with the worthy Registrar General, High Court of Delhi in W.P.(C) No. 8058/2011, be released to the petitioner forthwith. 7.
However, as requested by learned counsels for the parties, this disposal shall be without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties in any other pending writs and legal proceedings with regard to any other service benefits which are in contention. 8.
The date of 26.03.2025 stands cancelled.
