% 24.07.2017 Mr. Gupta states that for unauthorized construction, the property was booked on 30th March, 2017 and thereafter, demolition order has also come to be passed, which came to be partly executed on 24th May, 2017 and the remaining demolition action is now scheduled for 22nd August, 2017. In view thereof, ld. counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition is not pressed any further and may be disposed off accordingly.

It is ordered accordingly.
