Petitioner is aggrieved by the registration of the relinquishment deed dated 31st January, 2022 executed by one of the co-owners of the property bearing No. 26, New Friends Colony (West), New Delhi in favour of Respondents No. 5 to 7. In this regard, Petitioner has made a representation dated 20th June, 2022 to the office of the Sub-Registrar, Defence Colony. 2.

The afore-noted representation has not been decided till date, constraining the Petitioner to invoke the writ jurisdiction for seeking directions to Respondents No. 1 to 3 to expeditiously dispose of their representation.

Ms. Rachita Garg, counsel for Respondents No. 1 to 3, on oral instructions from the office of SDM, states that the decision shall be taken on Petitioner's representation within two months from today.
