Petitioner is aggrieved by the registration of the relinquishment deed dated 31st January, 2022 executed by one of the co-owners of the property bearing No. 26, New Friends Colony (West), New Delhi in favour of Respondents No. 5 to 7. In this regard, Petitioner has made a representation dated 20th June, 2022 to the office of the Sub-Registrar, Defence Colony. 2.
The afore-noted representation has not been decided till date, constraining the Petitioner to invoke the writ jurisdiction for seeking directions to Respondents No. 1 to 3 to expeditiously dispose of their representation.

Ms. Rachita Garg, counsel for Respondents No. 1 to 3, on oral instructions from the office of SDM, states that the decision shall be taken on Petitioner's representation within two months from today. to find merit in Petitioner's representation, they are at liberty to take any consequential action, if required, in accordance with law.
