By way of this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking parole on the ground of surgery of his wife, which is scheduled for 11th May, 2016. 2.
Status report has been filed by the State verifying the factum of surgery of wife of the petitioner to be scheduled for 11th May, 2016 at RML Hospital.

Considering the grounds for which the petitioner is seeking parole i.e. to take care of his wife who has to undergo surgery on 11th May, 2016, the prayer of the petitioner is allowed to the extent that he is granted parole for a period of four weeks from the date of his release, on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 10,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Jail Superintendent and subject to the following condition that at the time of furnishing the bail bonds, he shall W.P.(CRL) 750/2016
keep the concerned Jail Superintendent informed about his place of residence during the period of parole and his contact numbers i.e. mobile, landline or both.

However, it is made clear that if the surgery is not conducted on the scheduled date i.e. 11th May, 2016 for some reason, the petitioner shall surrender immediately.

Writ Petition stands allowed in the above terms. 6.
The Petitioner be informed through the Jail Superintendent about the order passed.
As prayed, copy of the order be given dasti to learned counsel for the petitioner under the signature of Court Master. PRATIBHA RANI, J.
