This is an appeal filed under Section 372 CrPC, on behalf of the Appellant/Complainant against the judgment dated 08th April, 2011, in Session Case bearing No. 51/2009, passed by the Court ASJ-01, North West district, Rohini Court, Delhi, under Sections 376/328/506 IPC arising out of FIR bearing No. 595/2008, dated 20th November, 2008, whereby the Respondent No. 2 has been acquitted.

Learned APP for the State on instructions from the Investigating Officer (IO) had submitted that the Appellant/Complainant has already expired on 16th January, 2023. The death of the Appellant/Complainant has been verified by the State and the report on this aspect is taken on record.
