Rajender Nagar Market, and plotted development area of Old Rajender Nagar, Western Extension Area (WEA) of Karol Bagh. 2.

Though the Petitioner-in-person states that Petitioner has made several complaints to Respondent No.1 against the massive illegal and unauthorised constructions in the plotted development area of Naiwala to the MCD, yet this Court finds that the Petitioner has not approached the Special Task Force ('STF') which primarily deals with complaints of unauthorised construction.

3.

Consequently, the present writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the Petitioner to approach the STF by filing individual complaints against specific properties. The rights and contentions of all the parties are left open.
