O R D E R

% 08.03.2016 The disputes between the parties stand settled in mediation. The settlement agreement dated 16.12.2015 duly signed by the parties, their respective counsels and the learned mediator is placed on record. The terms of the settlement appear to be fair, just and reasonable and I see no impediment in accepting the same.

Accordingly, the suit stands decreed in terms of the settlement, which shall continue to bind the parties.

Since the disputes have been settled in mediation, the plaintiff shall be entitled to refund of the court fee.
