At the outset, it has been put to the learned counsel for the appellant as to how are the present appeals under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act maintainable before this Court.

instead of pressing the present appeals, the appellant be granted the liberty will avail of other appropriate remedy as per law for challenging the impugned order(s).

The appeals alongwith the pending applications are, as prayed for, disposed of as not pressed with liberty to the appellant to assail the impugned order(s) by way of appropriate remedies available as per law. 4.

Further we make it clear that since we have not expressed any opinion on the grounds raised in either of the two appeals, it will be open for the appellant to raise all grounds permissible in law including the grounds raised in the present appeals in any fresh proceedings which the appellant choose to initiate.
