Ms. Manika Tripathy, Standing Counsel for DDA states that personal hearing has been given again for all the petitioners on 19th April 2025. They are in the process of assessing the records in this regard and she undertakes on instructions that not more than 4 weeks will be taken for deciding their representation.

Counsel for petitioners points out to repeated undertakings which have been violated by the DDA in this regard. 3.

DDA shall file a Status Report in terms of steps which have been taken from 1st March 2024 when the order in W.P.(C) 13343/2023 was passed with the detailed timeline in this regard. Compliance of the orders shall be made within six weeks. 5.

No further extension shall be granted, as already more than a year has passed, since directions were given by this Court. 6.

Status Report shall be filed within the next eight weeks with copies to counsel for petitioner.

List on 18th September 2025 for 'compliance'. 8.

In case compliance is not made even now by the DDA Officers, concerned officer shall be present in Court on the next date of hearing. 9.
