This is a petition filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking appointment of an Arbitrator for adjudication of disputes between the parties arising out of the Concession Agreement dated 16.01.2017.

In terms of the arbitration clause, the petitioner and the respondent both have appointed their nominee Arbitrators from the Sarod Panel. 3.

The nominee Arbitrators shall appoint the Presiding Arbitrator within 10 days from today, failing which, the petitioner will be entitled to revive the present petition.
