This is a petition filed under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal till 30.11.2024.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that parties have been informed by the Sole Arbitrator that the award is ready for pronouncement and pronouncement is pending for want of extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal.
