The present petition filed under Section 29A seeks extension of time period for completion of arbitral proceedings and making of the arbitral award.

Respective counsel for the parties submit that the arbitral proceedings are at an advanced stage and final arguments have already been addressed by the parties. They jointly request that a suitable extension of time be granted for the purpose of completion of arbitral proceedings and making of the arbitral award.

Considering the aforesaid, the time period for completion of arbitral proceedings and making of the arbitral award is extended till 31.05.2025. 6.
