Learned Counsel for the parties submit that the matter has been settled between the parties, in terms of which, the Appellant and Respondent No.10 have made payments to the Respondent Nos.1 to 9. 2.

Learned Counsel Respondent Nos.1 to 9, on instructions, confirms that the Appellant and Respondent Nos.1 to 9 have made the payments. Learned Counsel further submits that he will be withdrawing his execution proceedings, which have been filed before the Court. 2.1 The statement of the learned Counsel is taken on record. The Respondent Nos.1 to 9 are bound down by the statement made by their counsel today.

Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that in view of the statement made by the learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos.1 to 9, nothing further survives in the present Appeal. 4.

Needless to add, in view of the fact that there is no Appeal pending before this Court, the Respondent Nos.1 to 9 are at liberty to take appropriate steps for release of the amounts deposited. 6.
