This is a petition filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the learned sole Arbitrator for a period of three months to make and publish the award. 4.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the arguments have already been concluded.

In view of the above, issue notice. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent accepts notice.
