The grievance raised by the petitioner is very precise. 2.

It is submitted that despite there being specific directions passed by learned Division Bench on 18.12.2023 in W.P.(C) No. 16279/20223, his representation, which was required to be decided within a period of four weeks by way of a speaking order, has not yet been decided. 3.

Ms. Sen, learned counsel for respondent-DDA appears on advance notice and submits that because of the complex nature of the matter, there was some delay in deciding the representation but fact remains that the representation has already been decided on 10.09.2024. 4.

Learned counsel for respondent-DDA undertakes to transmit the copy of such decision to this Court through e-mail as well as to the designated e-mail of learned counsel for the petitioner, during the course of the day. 5.
