The present petition under Section 2 (b), 11, 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act seeks the following prayers:- "a) issue contempt notice to the Contemnor/Respondent and punish the Contemnor/Respondent for committing contempt of this Hon'ble Court, for disobeying and defying the order dated order dated 07.09.2024 passed by the Ld. Principal Judge: Family Courts, West, Tis Hazari, Delhi in HMA 1336 of 2023 titled Kritika Chadha versus Nitin Tanwar'

b) any other order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit." 3.

Respondent appears in person.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present petition, the matter was again mediated by the Family Court for interim visitation, and in pursuance thereof, the respondent is continuing with the said arrangement. The respondent, who appears in person, expresses his apology for the earlier non-compliance alleged against him.
