% 20.12.2016 Challenge in this writ petition is to Rule 12 (2)(vi) of the Delhi Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2014.
This matter has been adjourned from time to time to enable the petitioner to amend the petition as the petitioner had relied rules which already stand amended. Mr.Ghose, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent, submits that in view of the judgment of the Division Bench, the amended rules have now been forwarded to the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi and they are likely to be further amended. In view of the statement
made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with leave to challenge the amended rules in accordance with law at the appropriate stage if so advised. G.S.SISTANI, J.
