% 26.05.2016 Learned counsel for petitioner wishes to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file proceedings in an appropriate forum in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for respondent-DIAL has an objection to the same.

However, this Court is of the view that petitioner cannot be restrained from filing alternate proceedings.

Consequently, present writ petition and pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition before an appropriate forum in accordance with law.
