% 02.05.2018 By this petition, the petitioner sought directions to the accused persons for extension of time period of the bank guarantee during disposal of the case in FIR No. 313/2014.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the order dated 2nd April, 2018 passed by this Court directing the petitioner herein to extend the bank guarantee for a further period of three years and to submit the bank guarantee before the respondent herein is satisfied and he seeks to withdraw the petition.
