% 23.05.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been instructed to inform the court that the respondent has been empanelled provisionally for posting as Non-PWD Candidate. He says that the said empanelment is on the basis that the respondent has been medically cleared in CEE-I Category.

Learned counsel for the petitioner will ensure that a letter in terms of the instructions is posted by registered post to the respondent within three weeks from today.

Learned counsel for the respondent says that in view of the statement made, the present writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to approach this court in case of any difficulty.
