The petitioner has invoked writ jurisdiction of this court to challenge show cause notice dated 11.01.2024 & summons dated 11.09.2024 issued by the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner. After addressing partly, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to appear before the concerned authority and raise all defences available to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petition as well as pending application are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
