By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks directions to the learned Trial Court to conclude the matter expeditiously and in a time bound manner preferably within 3 months.

It is stated by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that FIR in this case was registered in the year 2013 and till date i.e. after almost 13 years, the trial is still pending before the learned Trial Court. 3.

The learned APP for the State fairly concedes to the above request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Trial Court is requested to conclude the trial in the present FIR, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the order. 5.
