The petitioner, a practising Advocate appears personally in his personal matter, seeking directions to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and preferably conclude the same within six months. The petitioner has taken me through the allegations against him for which he is facing trial before the Trial Court.

After part arguments, the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn, requesting the learned Trial Court to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible in the light of the board of the Court.
