% 03.07.2017 IA No. 7199/2017 (filed by DCP, EOW for release of original sale deed dated 16.05.2005) By way of this IA, it is prayed that original sale deed dated 16.05.2005 executed by Mr. Mohan Singh in favour of the plaintiff Mr. Kundan Lal Gugnani be handed over to the IO of case FIR No. 86/2012, EOW as original document is required by FSL for giving its opinion. Learned counsel for plaintiff has no objection. The original sale deed was filed by the plaintiff on 09.10.2012. Notice of the IA is not required to the defendants.

IA is allowed. The original sale deed be released to the IO of the above mentioned FIR on submitting certified copy thereof. IO of the case may file the original document with the chargesheet / final report before the criminal court.
