At the outset, it is pointed out that by the Respondents that there are two petitions filed arising from the same set of facts and seeking identical reliefs. The other writ petition i.e. W.P.(C) 16101/2024 was listed today before the Division Bench of Hon'ble Mr. Justice Vibhu Bakhru and Hon'ble Ms. Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma. The said writ petition was considered and dismissed by the Court through an order passed today. The aforenoted fact is not controverted by counsel for the Petitioner. 2.
In light of the above, since the same issue arising from the same set of facts has been considered and dealt with by the Division Bench, the order passed by today in W.P.(C) 16101/2024, along with the reasons therein, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. shall apply mutatis mutandis to the present writ petition. 3.
