O R D E R

% 04.05.2016 Vide this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioner seeks parole for a period of three (3) months in order to enable him to take care of his aged paralytic wife and his widow daughter.

Status report has been filed by the State. The address of the petitioner has been verified and it is reported that wife of the petitioner is paralytic. The nominal roll of the petitioner reflects that he was granted parole from 01.04.2015 to 23.04.2015 which is extended up to 06.05.2015. His overall conduct is also reported to be satisfactory. As such, in view of the parole guidelines 9.6 "to maintain family and social ties", the petitioner is ordered to be released on parole for a period of three weeks effective from the date of his release (i) On furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court concerned. (ii) He is further directed to report to the concerned SHO, P.S. Ashok Vihar, Delhi on every Monday at 10:00 am during this period.

(iii) He is also directed not to contact the prosecutrix or any of her family members during this period or to indulge in any illegal activities. (iv) He is further directed to furnish his address as well as contract number to Suptd. Jail as well as concerned SHO.

Petitioner be informed through the Superintendent Jail. Copy of the order be also sent to SHO, Police Station Ashok Vihar, Delhi for information. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
