Exchange of India Limited submits that the present petition is premature and is not maintainable.

It is submitted that respondent No.2 has already received a complaint dated 21.10.2024 from the same petitioner and such complaint is still pending consideration. Viewed thus, the present petition is premature.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, contends that the petition is maintainable.

Fact remains that the final decision has yet not been taken by respondent No.2 and since the complaint dated 21.10.2024 made by the petitioner is still pending consideration, there is no real requirement of adjudicating the present petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of certain additional facts, which have come to his knowledge subsequent to 21.10.2024, he would send a supplementary complaint to the above said Authorities.

He is always at liberty to take whatever action is permissible under the law and under the relevant guidelines. 7.

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 8.
