1. Heard. The petitioner is exempted from filing certified / translated / legible copies of DIM Annexure for the present.

3. Ld. Counsel for respondent has submitted that he did not wish to file any reply to the present application and he has no objection if the same is allowed in terms of order dated 16.10.2024 passed by Ld. Arbitrator.

Conciliation has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for summoning witnesses with relevant record for their examination before Ld. Arbitrator. It is submitted that next date of hearing before Ld. Arbitrator is 22.01.2025 at 04:30 p.m. at A-22, Niti Bagh, Delhi-110049.

6. For the reasons stated in the application and in view of submissions made on behalf of the parties, the present application for summoning witnesses to appear before Ld. Arbitrator with requisite record in terms of para 5 and 6 of order dated 16.10.2024 passed by Ld. Arbitrator, is allowed.

7. Issue summons to the witnesses on the details as stated in the present application, on filing of PF, for appearance before Ld. Arbitrator at A-22, Niti Bagh, Delhi-110049 on 22.01.2025 at 04:30 p.m. At request, diet money be paid on the spot.

8. The present application stands disposed off accordingly.
